What your people can have done

The same care they'd get in our clinics

Microsuction ear wax removal

For ears that feel blocked or muffled. The clinician looks inside first, then gently removes the wax with fine suction. If there turns out to be no wax, the appointment becomes an ear health consultation instead.

30 minutes

Ear health consultation

For ears that itch, ache, ring or just don't feel right. The clinician examines both ears, explains what they see and agrees a plan, which may include a follow-up at one of our clinics.

30 minutes

Need noise-at-work hearing checks? We run these at our clinics rather than on site. Send us a list of names, we see each person, and we send the results back to you. Ask about hearing checks

How the day runs

A typical clinic day, from set-up to pack-down

We fit around your working hours. This is how most days look, and the only thing you need to arrange is the room.

  2. 09:00Morning appointmentsSix people, one at a time, each with a 30-minute appointment. They come from their desk and go straight back afterwards.
  3. 12:00LunchThe room stays set up, so there's nothing for you to do.
  4. 13:00Afternoon appointmentsSix more people. Anyone who needs more than we can do on site is booked a free follow-up at one of our clinics.
  5. 16:00We pack downWe clear the room and leave it as we found it.

What we need from you: one private room and a chair or couch. That's all. We bring the full portable clinical kit and take care of set-up and pack-down.

After the day

Nobody is left without a plan

Occasionally an ear needs more than we can do with portable equipment. When that happens, we offer a free follow-up appointment at our London Bridge or Liverpool Street clinic for further investigation or treatment, as long as it's taken within two weeks of the clinic day.

Anyone who'd like further care afterwards can book with us at either clinic.

I recently had an ear test at my workplace. It was a revelation! I will no longer be using cotton buds! Thanks to the entire team for your care, professionalism and attention to detail. I enjoyed my ear clean and was not aware of any hardened wax build up in the ear canal. This was swiftly dealt with by the very professional Irene.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Is it properly regulated?

Yes. Hearology is registered with the CQC (the Care Quality Commission), and every clinician is registered with their professional body (HCPC, NMC or AHCS). Your team gets the same clinical oversight they would in one of our clinics.

What room do you need?

One private room and a chair or couch. We bring the full portable kit and take care of set-up and pack-down.

What if someone's ear can't be treated on the day?

The clinician checks each person's ears before starting. If something needs more than we can do with portable equipment, we book a free follow-up at our London Bridge or Liverpool Street clinic within two weeks.

What if someone doesn't have any wax?

Their appointment becomes an ear health consultation instead, so they still leave knowing what's going on with their ears.

We're not in the City. Can you still come?

Yes. We run clinic days for offices anywhere in London.

How does payment work?

We can arrange payment in several ways, and we'll agree whichever suits your organisation when we speak.

Can you send documents for our procurement team?

Yes. Let us know what your team needs when we speak and we'll send it over.

Do you offer noise-at-work hearing checks?

Yes, at our clinics. Send us a list of names, we see each person, and we send the results back to you.
