Modern hearing aids, set up by a clinical audiologist
The free trial gives you two weeks with a pair of hearing aids of your choice from the range we recommend for you, programmed from your audiogram and supplied with their charger. You wear them at home, at work and out with friends, so you can judge them in the places that matter to you.
- Wear the aids as much as possible during the trial
- Return them in working order with packaging intact
- Give us at least 72 hours' notice to cancel any appointment

The trial works with a free hearing screening or a full diagnostic hearing test. We'd strongly recommend the diagnostic, because the extra detail makes a real difference to how well we can set up your trial devices. But the choice is yours.

Which hearing aids will I trial?
Any hearing aid we sell. We'll recommend the devices that suit your hearing and lifestyle best, you choose the pair you'd like to try, and we set them up to your audiogram.
Is there a limit on how much I can wear them?
The trial devices are programmed to stop working after 420 hours of use, which is comfortably more than two weeks of full-time wear.
What if I need to move an appointment?
Please give us at least 72 hours' notice to cancel any appointment.

Who can take part?
The trial is available at all our clinics. You'll need to be 18 or over and have a hearing test with us first. It can't be combined with other promotions.
