We accept any brand or form factor, including a single device not forming part of a pair.
We won't pass your old devices on to Lions International until your 60-day return window has closed, just in case.

You can use it with a free hearing screening or with our full diagnostic hearing test. The diagnostic test gives us the most detail, which helps get your new hearing aids performing at their best.

How much will I save?
Between £500 and £1,000 per pair, a saving of 20% to 29% on our full retail prices. The amount depends on the technology level of the hearing aids we recommend for you, based on your hearing profile and lifestyle.
Will you value my old hearing aids?
No. The discount is a fixed promotional amount and does not reflect the market or residual value of your existing devices. They are accepted without assessment or valuation.
What kind of hearing aids can I trade in?
Any brand or form factor, including a single device that isn't part of a pair.
Can I pay in instalments?
The discount is only available when payment is made in full. It does not apply if you choose to pay in instalments, and it can't be combined with any other Hearology promotion.
What happens to my old hearing aids?
We keep them for the length of our 60-day return and refund period. After that, they are donated to the Lions International charity in the condition we received them. Once donated, they can't be returned.
Can I use the offer more than once?
The offer is limited to one part-exchange and purchase per client, and the discount can't be transferred to other hearing aids if you later exchange your devices.
