A hearing aid dome, an earring back, even the occasional insect. Whatever has found its way into your ear, our clinicians see it every week and will have it out gently, with the microscope showing exactly what they're doing.

Finding your way to us
We're a four-minute walk along Southwark Street from London Bridge station, on the ground floor. Look for the green Hearology sign by the glass doors.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late or can't find us, call 020 3747 4615 and the team will talk you in.

How do I get there from London Bridge station?
We're about a four-minute walk along Southwark Street from London Bridge station, which is served by the Northern and Jubilee lines and by Thameslink and Southern trains. We're on the ground floor, behind the glass doors with the green Hearology sign.
Is there parking nearby?
There's no parking at the clinic, and the area is in the Congestion Charge zone, so we'd recommend coming by public transport. There are paid car parks within walking distance if you need to drive.
Is the clinic step-free?
Yes. We're on the ground floor with step-free access from the street.
Can I bring my child here?
Yes. London Bridge sees children aged 3 to 12 for ear cleaning on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book any service at this clinic directly, and we will write to your GP afterwards if anything needs their attention.
Can I turn up without an appointment?
We will always try to help, but calling ahead on 020 3747 4615 saves you a wasted journey.
What if there is no wax?
The appointment becomes a full ear health consultation at the same price, and we'll explain what we found.
