Not sure which to book? An Ear Health Consultation is a good place to start. It's a thorough first assessment: we'll find what's causing the problem and put it right, so you'll never pay for more than you need.
Ear care
Ear wax removal
Gentle microsuction under a surgical microscope, usually finished within fifteen minutes. If we find little or no wax, your visit becomes an Ear Health Consultation at the same price.

A thorough first assessment when you're not sure what you need. We'll examine your ears, find what's causing the problem and put it right, so you'll never pay for more than you need.
From £80Aural foreign body removal
A hearing aid dome, an earring back, even the occasional insect. Whatever has found its way into your ear, our clinicians see it every week and will have it out gently, with the microscope showing exactly what they're doing.

Gentle, reassuring ear cleaning for children aged 3 to 12. Young people aged 13 to 17 book our standard ear wax removal at the adult price, with a parent or guardian.

Hearing assessment
Hearing screening
A free check of how you're hearing. It takes 30 minutes, or 60 minutes if you're 55 or over, so there's time to talk the results through with you.
FreeDiagnostic hearing test
A full assessment of your hearing with a clinical audiologist, explained clearly on the day. It's also the test we use to fit hearing aids precisely to your hearing.
